The best part about having a blog nobody reads is you can give people stuff they don't request.  I've decided, because nobody has requested it, to post my famous beet-infused race fuel recipe.  You'll need a juicer.
 

  • 1 large Beet
  • 4 green apples
  • Seeds from 1 Pomegranate
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (trust me on this one)
